Thought I'd share my creative process. I don't pre-create OCs. I actually let the doll in my hand tell me what it wants to be! I then lightly research the monster/mythical creature's parentage and go from there. I don't believe in strict interpretations; I mean if I did, I couldn't accept that Draculaura is pink! Ha! I love to take the stories and the myths and the legends and even some of the pop culture and let it help define my OCs.

One of the most interesting things I've seen as a customizer is that many people can have the same "idea" but different interpretations. It's just wonderful!
